Eric Remer

Founder / CEO / Director

Eric Remer is the Chief Executive Officer of EverCommerce. Prior to EverCommerce, Eric co-founded and served as CEO of PaySimple, where during his tenure he led its growth from a startup to $50M revenue company. Before PaySimple, Eric founded and served on the management teams of several startups, including the Conclave Group, a direct marketing services company, and I-Behavior, a leading behavioral targeting and database marketing organization.  I-Behavior sold its online division, Acerno, to Akamai and its offline data division to the KBM Group.

Eric began his career working in investment banking at Kidder, Peabody & Company, and has a B.A. in history from the University of Michigan.  Eric is passionate about building growth-oriented companies with strong cultures that provide platforms for the personal and professional growth of their employees.

Matt Feierstein

President / COO

Matt Feierstein is the President and Chief Operating Officer of EverCommerce, overseeing the holistic business operations and accountable to the revenue and profitability of its subsidiaries. Matt has over fifteen years of cross functional management experience in the online software space, including seven years as President of PaySimple, four years as COO of IAC's Pronto division, and several years in senior management roles at small business start-ups in both the service and retail industries.  He is passionate about leading teams, and building scale & efficiency for companies that helps them grow to their fullest potential.

Matt began his career at Ticketmaster Online-Citysearch in a variety of business roles, last serving as the Senior Director of Customer Product Management. Matt has a B.A. from the University of Michigan.

Marc Thompson

CFO

Marc Thompson is the Chief Financial Officer at EverCommerce, responsible for supporting the company’s growth initiatives, driving its capitalization strategy, and overseeing the finance and accounting organizations. Marc has over 25 years of investment banking, private equity, and operational experience. Most recently, Marc was co-head of Investment Banking at Oppenheimer & Co, where he also formed the Software & Services team that executed over 120 financing and M&A transactions valued in excess of $15 billion. Prior to Oppenheimer, he was a managing director at CIBC Capital Partners and served on several portfolio company boards, advising on acquisitions and debt financing. Marc is passionate about capitalizing growing organizations.

 

Marc holds a B.A. in Economics from Dartmouth College.

Elissa Beckman

Chief People Officer

Elissa is the Chief People Office of EverCommerce, overseeing the company's recruiting, onboarding, culture, benefits, and team member learning and development. Elissa is passionate about scaling people functions at tech startups. Prior to joining EverCommerce, she grew and led the People/HR functions at several high growth Chicago-based tech companies. Most recently she was the Head of Talent & HR at SpotHero, the leading online parking reservation service, and prior to that she was the Head of Talent Management at Avant, an online lending platform that has 800+ employees and has raised over $1 billion in capital. Prior to Avant, she worked as the Director of People at Belly, and was formerly VP of Empowerment at PaySimple.

 

Elissa holds a B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis, where she played varsity sports, and a M.S.L.A. from the University of Denver.

Chris Alaimo

CTO

Chris Alaimo is the Chief Technology Officer of EverCommerce and its subsidiary, PaySimple, responsible for leading a high-energy team of software developers, IT professionals, and QA experts based in the U.S. and abroad. He has over 15 years of experience managing engineering teams at both enterprise companies and startups. Chris also co-founded ProStor Systems, which supplied backup and archiving solutions to Dell, HP, IBM, and others. He is passionate about building great teams and great software.

Chris has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan.

Sarah Jordan

CMO

Sarah is the Chief Marketing Officer at EverCommerce, where she is responsible for leading the Growth Engagement department, which champions marketing, sales, customer management, and scale & efficiency growth opportunities for EverCommerce portfolio brands and solutions. She and her team also support go-to-market strategy for integrated offerings, cross-sell/up-sell opportunities, and greater EverCommerce business development initiatives.

Sarah has over 12 years experience in the technology/SaaS space managing growth-oriented demand generation and product marketing teams. Prior to EverCommerce, Sarah was head of Marketing at PaySimple, where she was a leader in building the company's go-to-market strategy and distribution model, helping it reach over 20,000 customers and grow from $5M to $70M in revenue.

Sarah has BA in Business Administration, with concentrations in Economics, Marketing and International Business from Carroll College in Helena, Montana.

Lisa Storey

General Counsel

Lisa is the General Counsel at EverCommerce, responsible for supporting the company’s continued growth and business pursuits from a legal and risk management perspective.  Before EverCommerce, Lisa most recently helped grow a team of lawyers as Associate General Counsel at Air Methods, the largest air ambulance company in the U.S., as the company grew organically and through acquisitions across the country.  Prior to joining Air Methods, she practiced as a lawyer in the health care regulatory groups at Arent Fox in Washington, D.C. and Davis Graham & Stubbs in Denver, handling M&A, litigation and compliance counseling for her clients.  Lisa is passionate about working in a team of highly motivated, strategic-minded people to help problem solve and manage risk while scaling quickly.

 

Lisa has a B.A. in Molecular Biology and Philosophy from CU Boulder and her J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School.

Matt Jones

SVP, Corporate Development

Matt Jones is the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at EverCommerce. Matt is responsible for supporting the company’s growth initiatives through executing strategic mergers & acquisitions, evaluating new market opportunities, and advising on acquisition candidate identification and diligence. Matt has 20 years of experience in technology investment banking, including executing over 75 transactions in M&A strategic advisory, private equity placements, IPOs, follow-on equity offerings, convertible debt, and corporate debt financings.  Prior to joining EverCommerce, Matt was a Managing Director in Oppenheimer & Co.’s software investment banking group where he led the firm’s coverage of SaaS and Application Software, including vertical market software.  Matt is passionate about developing and executing inorganic growth initiatives for software companies.

 

Matt holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and a MBA from the University of Chicago.

Kristen Bantz

VP of Finance

Kristen Bantz is the Vice President of Finance at EverCommerce, responsible for the development of EverCommerce’s financial management strategy, overseeing the finance and accounting organizations, and contributing to the development of EverCommerce’s strategic goals. She brings more than 10 years of experience in strategic finance & accounting, most recently as VP of Finance at PaySimple. Prior to PaySimple, Kristen was the Director of Finance at Cii (Community Investors Inc.) where she led the company through a comprehensive ERP implementation and built a finance organization from the ground up. Kristen’s professional passions include seamless and efficient integration of acquisitions and developing financial management processes that perform at scale.

Kristen holds a B.S. in Business & Accounting from California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo.

Jessica Dolgan

Director of Strategic Acquisitions

Dr. Jessica Dolgan is the Director of Strategic Acquisitions at EverCommerce, responsible for targeting, acquiring, and integrating progressive SaaS healthcare solutions in the healthcare vertical. Jessica is the founder and Chief Clinician of a group clinical practice in Denver, and is the founder of Therapy Partner, acquired by EverCommerce in July of 2017. Jessica is passionate about pursuing best practices for patients and clinicians, growing mental health awareness, and working to dramatically improve the quality of patient experience, compliance, and clinical outcome. She allows providers to focus on clinical care by advancing technology which streamlines business processes for healthcare clinics. Jessica brings industry experience as a psychologist, healthcare tech entrepreneur, and national business educator to the EverCommerce team. 

 

Jessica holds an M.A. and Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Denver.

Scott Thompson

Director

Scott Thompson is the CEO of ShopRunner. He has a record of deep industry experience, having most recently served as CEO of Yahoo. Prior to that, Scott was President of PayPal with overall responsibility for establishing that company as the leading global online payment service. Prior to PayPal, he was Executive Vice President of Technology Solutions at Inovant, a subsidiary of Visa formed to oversee global technology for the organization. Thompson was also Chief Information Officer of Barclays Global Investors, where he implemented a new strategic technology platform and global infrastructure. In addition, he was a partner with Coopers & Lybrand.

Jed Nachman

Director

Jed joined Yelp in 2007 to lead the company’s sales team. He became Chief Operating Officer in 2016, after serving as Yelp’s Chief Revenue Officer and Senior Vice President of Revenue. He oversees the company’s business operations including sales, marketing and administration. Prior to Yelp, Jed spent seven years in senior sales roles for Yahoo! HotJobs, most recently as Director of Corporate Sales for the Western Region. He began his career in the Venture Services Group of investment bank Robertson Stephens. 

 

Jed holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Colorado.

Mark Hastings

Director

Mark Hastings is a managing director and head of Providence Strategic Growth. Prior to joining Providence Strategic Growth in 2013, he most recently served as managing partner and founder of Garvin Hill Capital Partners. Prior to spinning out of CIBC to form Garvin Hill in 2009, Mark led CIBC’s technology focused growth equity team in the United States. At CIBC, he developed the successful investment strategy and recruited the team. He was the primary deal originator and investment team leader. Prior to joining CIBC, he was a principal and general partner at BCI Partners. Mark started his investment career at Edison Ventures.

Mark holds an MBA from the Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania.

John Marquis

Director

John Marquis is a Principal on the Providence Strategic Growth team, and joined in early 2014 to help launch the growth equity effort within Providence Equity. At PSG John has been focused on vertical SaaS applications, infrastructure software, and integrated payments. In addition to EverCommerce, his investment experience includes Ministry Brands, LogicMonitor, GlobalTranz, Property Brands, NXT, Burning Glass, Vertical Knowledge, and Therapy Brands. Prior to joining Providence Strategic Growth, John worked in investment banking at Citigroup and Needham & Company. 
 

John holds a B.S. from Boston College Carroll School of Management Honors Program.

John Clancy

Director

John Clancy is a managing director on the Providence Strategic Growth team. John has over 20 years of experience in building high-growth, market-leading software and technology enabled businesses. Prior to joining Providence, John was the president of Radius Worldwide, the leading provider of international business services and software. Previously, he was the CEO and president of Azuki Systems, now part of Ericsson, a leading provider of video delivery to mobile devices. John was also the president of Iron Mountain Digital, where he grew revenue from $40 million to $250 million over a 5-year period. Prior to Iron Mountain, he was the COO at Connected Corporation, an early pioneer in the software-as-a-service (SaaS) market and leader in PC data protection.

 

John holds a B.A. from Assumption College.
